DIGI-SI has a service portfolio of 70 services, divided into 17 test before invest services; 23 skills and training services; 19 support to find investment services; and 10 ecosystem and networking services.
In October 2022, the EDIH DIGI-SI was officially launched.
DIGI-SI as an EDIH will foster the digital transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, scale-ups and Public Administration (PAs) in four strategic priority areas identified in the forthcoming Slovenian smart specialisation strategy (S5): Agri-food, Health, Tourism and Manufacturing.
In parallel, it will provide a single point of contact in all four priority areas of Digital Europe.

The main impact of services will be an estimated 700 SME and PA used EDIHs’ services; 4 – 6 mio € additional investments successfully triggered, 70 collaborations with other EDIHs established, 10-20 % increase in digital maturity of DIGI-SI clients and 20 digital innovations registered / used via the Innovation Radar platform.
DIGI-SI has access to crucial infrastructure and highly skilled personnel central to foster the digital revolution in both NUTS2 regions of Slovenia and in Europe. The consortium consisting of seven partners with proven complementary expertise in digital transformation support, will take advantage of the existing resources and provide a single point of contact in all four priority areas of Digital Europe Programme: Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing, Cyber Security and Advanced Digital Skills. DIGI-SI also offers technology services within Robotics, Internet of Things, Big data, Blockchain and Augmented / Virtual reality.
DIGI-SI will deliver 70 services on entry, basic, and advanced levels and offer collaboration opportunities to Slovenian ICT players to become external digital technology/service providers providing complementary services to local and EU companies through the DIGI-SI online shop enabling matchmaking in demand and supply of digital resources. The modus operandi of DIGI-SI is to offer services and facilitate client journey throughout the circular value chain of defined S5 priority areas.
Starting from enabling test-before invest, skills and training, support to find investments, all the while serving as an awareness platform of the benefits and opportunities of the digital age. As a “first-responder” for digital emergencies DIGI-SI has a customer centric approach with an emphasis on timely and efficient service delivery. Apart from physical locations in both NUTS2 regions clients will be able to take advantage of features integrated into the DIGI-SI online shop, such as Academy, Virtual agent, supported by Live agents and Digital emergency hotline.
HPC5 partner Arctur is part of the DIGI-SI consortium and will support the SMEs on digitalization journey.
